An art is an expression of subtle feelings of the soul, than can also be a perfect way to explore the life in seeking answers to the questions that arise from within ourselves.

In his journey, art becomes a blend between culture and a thriving cultural life in the community without leaving the core of the story to be conveyed.

Apart, it can become a spectacle of art that contains a lot of the values of life, which can serve as a guide for us to bear with civilization in the present and future.

It is an honor for an art that comes from a town in East Java province could become one of the icons of a national art. As one of the Indonesian asset  of wealth in art and culture, Reog Ponorogo can not be separated from the name of Indonesia. Not only has popular in Indonesia, but in many other countries as well. Wherever and whenever this Reog Ponorogo is performed, nothing else is risen up but a sense of pride and emotion because of this evidence that we are able to preserve an art and a culture from hundreds of centuries ago.

With various culture that exist, it grows the enthusiasm for permanent preservation for  historical heritage of our ancestors. What lies beneath is nothing but the hope that we as the next generation can pull out the wisdom and learn the lessons of the main story shown by an art performance.

This site presented by the group Reog Ponorogo Singo Mangku Joyo Surabaya-Indonesia, as a sign and labor of our love and sacrifice for the wealth of art and culture of Indonesia.
